The shining point in our Nemacolin visit. We had dinner at Aqueous one evening while at Nemacolin. The entire hotel it’s located in (Falling Rock) had been rented out by a group that was having dinner outside so the restaurant was nearly empty. We sat by the westward facing windows and got to enjoy a very good meal while the sunset of the day. Our service was excellent, the food was very good. Since it is a steakhouse I got my traditional salad which they served with a very nice blue cheese.
The Shafer 2007 Hillside Select we had with dinner made it all the better.
