So I had a meeting for simpLEASE at a meeting room at Salt Fork Lodge and Mary Catherine and I decided to spend the weekend in one of their cabins as a little get away.
Salt Fork is less than 2 hours from our house but, once you are there, it feels like the middle of no where. The main lodge is nice – it’s not a “block” it has some nice detail to it. The cabins are nice enough (the bed was horrible) but being outside, with a campfire, the woods and our hawk neighbors made it all worth while.
