1 jigger of good dry vermouth
2 jiggers good gin (bring out the good stuff)
Chill your cocktail glass
Fill a mixing glass full of ice
Pour the vermouth into the ice and stir for 1 minute
Pour out the vermouth
Pour the gin into the vermouth soaked ice cubes then stir for 1 minute
Let sit for a bit
Strain into a chilled glass, garnish with a lemon twist
