Rome with a View

• 1 ounce Campari
• 1 ounce dry vermouth
• 1 ounce lime juice
• 3/4 ounce simple syrup
• soda water

Had this on a trip to Chicago at a neighborhood Italian restaurant.  Perfect for a hot evening.
