Vermouth Cobbler

  • 3 oz BroVo Pink Vermouth
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup or a Spoon of Sugar
  • Club Soda or Seltzer (I used Fever Tree Club Soda)
  • 2 Orange Slices
  • Sprig of Rosemary

Muddle Sugar and an Orange Slice in the bottom of a high-ball glass.  Add vermouth and top with crushed ice.  Top with seltzer and garnish with a Rosemary Sprig and a Fresh Slice of Orange.
