The Midas Touch

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz cognac
  • 3/4 oz sherry
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz saffron syrup
  • 2 dashes Boker’s Bitters (Angostura is just fine as well)

Shake well with ice.  Serve straight up in a chilled cocktail glass with a twist.
