gin

A personal concoction.  Make a French Blonde but substitute pomegranate juice for the grapefruit juice and lighten up on the St. Germain a bit. Not a bad upgrade.

Ingredients 1 1/2 ounce gin 3/4 ounce lemon juice 1/4 ounce raspberry syrup or grenadine 1 egg white Instructions Dry shake ingredients to emulsify, add ice, shake and served straight up.
