Piccolo Forno

We have always liked Piccolo Forno.  It started with pizza from Il Piccolo Forno and espresso from La Prima on saturday mornings on grocery shopping trips in the strip district.  The pizzas, the lasagna and the bread at Piccolo Forno have always been excellent.

Problem: they have a time limit…1:30 for a party up to 4 people.  That’s just not enough time to enjoy dinner and your wine and conversation.  Seems very not traditional.

Sure, you can stroll back to the Grapperia for a drink but you can’t nibble on desert or the last bits of chees from your Antipasto Di Terra but it’s just not the same.
