Casbah

Our first trip to Casbah…we waited to long to go here. Food and service was wonderful.

  • Cheese plate: Nottinghamshire Colston Bassett Stilton , Sardinia Calcagno , Pays de la Loire Vendeen Bichonne
  • Castelvetrano Olives, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt
  • Roasted Beets,blood orange, pink lemon, watercress, late harvest vinaigrette, herbs, sumac, pistachio
  • Sweet Potato Risotto, arugula, blood orange, pickled pear, salted pecans, Parmigiano-Reggiano

Then our friends Mary & Ken joined us for dessert:

  • Champagne Macaroon chocolate covered pretzels, strawberry sorbet, liquid cheese cake
  • Chocolate Stout Cake chocolate ganache, Dehydr8 caramel, creme brulee ice cream
  • Vanilla Bean creme brulee chestnut chiboust, crispy parsnip, pomegranate

We also had the white, red & dessert wine flights (something we never do) and we really enjoyed it. The Lambrusco was particularly good.
