Ingredients
- 2 oz limoncello
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz tangerine juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- tangerine peel for garnish (optional)
- Add limoncello, gin, juices and bitters into a shaker filled with ice. Cap the shaker and shake vigorously until well combined, about 20-30 seconds
- Pour into chilled champagne glass. With an upside down spoon touching the side of glass, pour Aperol slowly on top of spoon (liquor will slide along the edge of the glass and sink to bottom). Serve chilled.
