Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- ¾ ounce Fresh Meyer lemon juice
- ½ ounce of a good dry curaçao
- ½ ounce lemongrass-ginger syrup (Just use this recipe for lemongrass syrup and add fresh ginger)
- Dash orange bitters
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill ⅔ with ice.Shake well until shaker is frosted–about 15 seconds.
- Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- No garnish.
