Sgroppino cocktail

Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup lemon sorbet
  • 6 ounces prosecco
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 sprigs of mint for garnish
 
Directions
  1. Add lemon sorbet to a cocktail shaker and pour in two ounces of prosecco. Whisk them both together until fully incorporated.
  2. Add the vodka and remaining four ounces of prosecco and continue to whisk until combined.
  3. Pour into two champagne flutes and garnish with sprigs of mint.
