Tipperary

  • 2 Irish whiskey
  • 1/2 sweet vermouth
  • 1/4 green Chartreuse
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Combine, stir and strain.  Lemon oil to top.

Tried with a non Irish whisky at first then with Jameson.   Was there a difference?  Yes, we both say there was so go Irish on this one if possible (the non Irish whiskey version was still good)
