How Ya Like Dem Apples?

• 1 1/2 gin
• 1 1/2 apple cider
• 1/2 simple syrup (I used a good sized drop of honey instead)
• 1/2 lemon

Stir everything together with ice, serve in a rocks glass with a large ice cube with half the rim salted.
