Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Aperol
- .5 oz. ounce mezcal (something not too smoky)
- 3 oz. Prosecco
- 1.5 oz. soda water
Fill a large wineglass about three-quarters full with ice.Add ingredients, and garnish with a lemon twist.
