Yes, you do get a spork to eat with…
So we went to Spork for the first time before the Quantum Theater’s Master Builder. We were there early which was good because they don’t take reservations and it gets crowded.
We got a kitchen table seat (our favorite) and really enjoyed our dinner.
Nice wine list and small but nice cocktail list. Their idea is small shared plates (another thing we like) and they have a big selection of them to pick from. We tried two different meatballs (one lamb which was good and one lentil which was not so good.) We also had the white bean spread (we both liked the savory biscotti) the fired ramps (yum) and pear and prosciutto. There was a butternut squash ravioli which Mary Catherine really enjoyed (not my thing.)
Service was good and it was comfortable. We didn’t have time for dessert but they did look good and, there’s a cookie table which can’t be bad, right?
