- 4 mint leaves
- 1 1/2 ounces Bowmore Legend Islay Scotch
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3/4 ounce (scant) simple syrup
- 1/4 ounce Green Chartreuse
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and muddle together. Shake with ice. Strain into double old fashioned glass with one large ice cube. Garnish with mint sprig.
