Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounces blended scotch
- ½ ounce chamomile syrup**
- ¼ ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ ounce Salers
- Garnish with chamomile flowers if you have them
- Directions
- Add all ingredients except garnish to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with chamomile flowers.
- **To make the chamomile syrup, add ½ cup of sugar and ½ cup of water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat, add 2 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers and let steep 20 minutes. Strain and store in a glass bottle in the fridge until ready to use.
