Beautiful restaurant in the Pendry Hotel in San Diego. While it was obviously understaffed, the service was great.
I had the Ashes to Ashes cocktail (Pendry Edition Maestro Dobel Reposado Tequila, Blood Orange, Vanilla, Activated Charcoal, Lime) which comes out black in color, had a vanilla smell and great taste. The garlic honey on the pizza was fantastic.
