Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Cynar
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 6 dashes orange bitters
Chill an Old Fashioned glass in the freezer. In an ice-filled mixing glass or mixing tin add the Cynar, sweet vermouth, lemon juice, and orange bitters. Stir until cold. Remove the glass from the freezer and fill with ice. Strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with a piece of lemon peel.
