Death in the Springtime

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz. absinthe
  • 3/4 oz. St. Germain
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • iced brut champagne

Mix absinthe, St. Germain, and lemon juice, pour into a champagne flute and top with champagne.

Garnish with a lemon twist and elderflowers
