An “excursion” out of Paris on Mary Catherine’s birthday – we went to Riems to tour Veuve Clicquot. An early morning metro ride to the Gare de l’Est train station then a 45 minute bullet train to Riems. From there we took a cab to Veuve Clicquot for a wonderful tour of the caves, history lesson and tasting.
