Raspberry Drinking Shrub


  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1/3 cup Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar


Wash the berries and place them into a jar with the sugar and vinegar. Muddle the mixture until the raspberries are pulverized. Put the lid on the jar and close tightly. Shake the jar vigorously for about 5 seconds and place it into the refrigerator. Shake the jar twice a day for 7 days. After 7 days strain out the solids and enjoy.
