Sitting atop a hotel in Oakland, this is another hotel restaurant that we really enjoyed. Great views of Oakland and excellent people watching.

Small, out of the way and far better than I would have expected.  This was an unfortunate stupid COVID-19 casualty.

We stopped in for dinner before a Quantum Play at the Tull Theater around the block. Dinner & service were excellent, drinks were good.
