Freshly made Ricotta stuffed inside homemade Mozzarella…what else needs to be said? Ok, the Cucumber Lavender Rickey (Hendricks Gin, Domaine de Canton ginger liquor, muddled cucumber and basil, lavender lime sweet and sour) was pretty impressive as well.
