The sister museum to the National Air and Space Museum located on the grounds of Dulles airport.
You go for the Space Shuttle, the SR-71 and the Enola Gay but there is so much more to see. Lots of great little pieces like the Mission Control Tracking Icon and the Snoopy stickers on the Mobile Quarantine Facility.
It’s a bit of a drive to get to, but it’s well worth it. (This was also our first trip outside of PA during COVID-19)
