Our second visit to Charlie Palmer’s in DC. The first time we went (back in 2004) we ended up going and having a great experience (for a number of reasons.)
This time was a bit different. We got there early and sat at the bar, which had good cocktails but no bartender talk. We were there on a Friday and it was nearly empty. Service was good but the food was average. With so many new options in DC I don’t think we’ll be going back next time we’re in town.
