Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise pod
- 1 split vanilla bean
- 2 1/2 cups cranberries
- 1/2 cup brandy
Instructions
Bring the sugar and 3/4 cup water, cinnamon stick, star anise pod, and vanilla bean to a boil. Add the cranberries and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in 1/2 cup brandy. Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
