There claim is “We’re Caffe Vita. We make incredible coffee in Seattle. Okay, we don’t make it in Seattle, we just roast it here, like we’ve been doing since 1995.”
My guess is that they make very good coffee and that they are enjoyable people…however, at the airport, their coffee isn’t incredible (not that I’d expect it to be). To be honest, it’s not even good but when the other options suck you take what you can get.
