TETE Charcuterie

A new neighborhood for us, the meat packing district of Chicago.  The staff, space and food here are very good.  They pride themselves on using local ingredients and making everything themselves.  We had…

  • the  small chef’s charcuterie
  • the shishito peppers
  • the italian sausage
  • the hanger steak

Everything was very good but this was one of the first times we both said…”we have this in Pittsburgh and ours is a good bit better”  The drinks from the bar were excellent.

While the charcuterie was good it was all very much the same unlike the same dish at Cure where each item is unique to itself.  We’d go back but there are lots more places in Chicago for us to try and now we have something great like this at home.
